Hoover Six TC650 001 motor not turning

I have a Hoover TC650 001 that the timer  just makes a whirring clicking noise? and the motor does not turn unless i push the drum Can this be repaired? And would there be a problem with the other filter. please see the pictures?

Thanks for the pictures, first the main Capacitor is blown its an 8UF  for your Hoover Six TC650 001 and by the look of the mains filter need replacing
