I will try and help with this problem Hoover dynamic next DXC9TCE-80 Tumble dryer

There were three different models of this machine please check your identification number before ordering any parts

DX C9TCEB-80 31100876 1734 (26/08/2017) U.K.

DX C9TCE-80 31100883 1733 (17/08/2017) ALL MARKETS

DX C9TCER-80 31101055 1824 (12/06/2018) ALL MARKETS

E21 error code 

Heater control relay on the “cuore” electric module is not working. High temperature has been reached – Thermo Fuse worked. Check the thermo Fuse, and the wiring. Check that both the ventilation circuit and ventilation ducts are clean and duct is not obstructed. Replace the “cuore” electric module only in the case that the heater command relay is faulty

I have added some videos below to assist you in replacing either the heater or the relay on the circuit board you will also want to check the two thermostats not the one top of the heater
