Electrolux washing machine that want drain

Hi I have a faulty Electrolux washing machine that want drain, I have replaced the pump, cleaned the filter made sure the waste pipe from the back of the machine to the Drain is clear but still it won't drain, can hear the pump kicking in, no error messages on display. Any ideas?

Hi Glenn
you need to check the sump hose as well, if your pump is running then there is a blockage somewhere. ive added a video below to help you
