Sorry to hear about your dishwasher problem. If it’s not heating and you’ve just bought it, I’d recommend returning it. These machines often lack the technical data needed for easy fault finding and repairs. They’re usually made by a company called Midea in China, then rebranded with names like electriQ or Cookology. Unfortunately, there’s no support for technical information or spare parts, which is quite frustrating.

Since you live in a camper, you should first check for any voltage drop at the socket. Sometimes, internal wiring in campers isn’t adequate for high-amperage appliances. This dishwasher likely draws around 4 amps, so if the cable isn’t up to standard, it could cause a voltage drop and stop the circuit board from powering the heating element. Next, test the heating element itself and check all wiring connections.

If there’s no error displayed on the front panel, it’s hard to diagnose the issue further. I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful. However, if the dishwasher isn’t working as it should, I’d suggest taking it back to the supplier and asking for a refund under the 12-month warranty if they can’t repair it.
