Sorry to hear about the trouble with your dishwasher pump. I didn't keep the manual after making the video because I didn't expect it to be so popular.

If your pump isn't working, the first thing to check is the voltage going to it. Connect your multimeter to the two wires going to the pump, then turn on a cycle where it empties. You should see the voltage going to the pump.

The voltage should match your country's standard. In the UK, it's 240 volts AC. But from your phone number, I think you might be in the States, where it could drop down to 120 volts through a transformer.

If there's voltage going to the pump, then the pump itself might be faulty. If there's no voltage, it could be a circuit board issue or a broken wire.

I'm sorry I don't have the manual anymore; I lost it after making the video. However, most of the manual's contents are in the video. I hope this helps you.
