CDA SC511SS oven heats and then cuts out
when cooking a roast the oven over heats cuts out the after some time comes back on but then it over heats and cuts then comes back on after some time as iff its cooling down

The first thing you need to check is the fan oven motor, this needs to be turning around rapidly and blowing over the fan of an element, if it is not doing this then there's a high chance that this is the problem, as this will cause the heat to rise at the back of the oven and give a false indication to the thermostat probe, the next thing to look for is the safety cut out if this is not operating within the design specifications these are normally set somewhere around about the 160-degree mark this normally only controls the cooling fan but without seeing the wiring diagram I can be sure.
Also, check the connection box and the selector switch
