Sorry to hear about the issue with your Caple TDl4000 tumble dryer. It seems the manufacturer only sells the capacitor with the motor. I checked the parts list and found that a 7UF capacitor might be the right size for your machine. However, it's best to confirm the exact capacitor fitted to your motor.

To do this, you need to remove the front panel of the machine. Though I don't have an exact diagram, usually, the front panel comes off, and you'll find the motor at the bottom right-hand side. Next to the motor is the capacitor, which will show its UF (microfarad) size. These Caple dryers typically use a 7UF capacitor, but please double-check before ordering any parts.

The task is not too difficult, but make sure to take a photo of the wiring on the capacitor before removing it. This helps avoid reconnecting wires incorrectly. You might find a compatible part instead of buying from the manufacturer since they sell it only with the motor.
