Caple C2211 SS fan oven element problem

Hi, I have a Caple C2211 SS oven and I was just following your excellent tutorial for replacing the fan element. Just when i thought i’d cracked it, one of the spade terminals has fallen behind the back plate of the oven. Is there anyway i can forage it back through the hole? Or does it mean dismantling the whole thing?? cheers, Andy

there is no real way of getting at this unless you take the cooker out and then take the back plate, you will then be able to get at the wire.
