Candy GVC D101WB-80 Tumble Dryer Error code E15
Hello, hope you can help. I understand the error code is for the heater relay.I do not have the equipment you have to check the circuit, so I am looking to buy the relay and replace, to see if that works. Can you please assist on the relay I should be purchasing?Thank you, Dominic Lloyd
I will try and help with your Candy GVC D101WB-80 Tumble Dryer fault.
You are correct about the diagnostic of your Fault. E15 on Candy condenser tumble dryers means a heating relay fault. Candy only sells the complete printed circuit board. I will link to it below. If you are DIY oriented you can buy the relay and replace it yourself. To find out the relay you need, you will have to remove the pcb from the machine first and get the reference inscribed in the plastic casing of the relay. We will be able to help you if you send us a picture of the pcb. We have a very good guide on the pcb relay issue here, well worth the time to see as we have video showing everything.
