Candy GOV580-c tumbel dryer with heater not working

hi paul i have a candy gov 580-c tumbel dryer with heater not working, tested the two thermostat and have continunity. heater element reading 106ohms across the total elament and 56ohms across the half the element. any ideas thanks anthony

Have you tried testing the ntc sensor and any other cut of stats on the air ducting? here is the sensor i am talking about just click on image.
