I know it's hard to diagnose without being in front of the appliance. Here are some basic checks you can do. First, check if the compressor is running. If it is, you should see changes in temperatures on the evaporator and condensing side of the heat exchanger. Frost should appear on the pipes if the gas level is correct since this is a basic refrigeration unit.

If there's no frost, it might mean the gas isn't circulating properly, or it has escaped from the system, which is a common issue. Heat pump tumble dryers often have problems after three to five years. Even a tiny hole or bad joint can let gas escape. Transportation can also cause solder joints to fracture, leading to gas leaks.

If gas has leaked, the unit would need regassing. However, I wouldn't recommend this without finding the actual leak first. If there's corrosion on the evaporator side, you'd need to replace the whole coil system. Repairing leaks usually only lasts a short time.

Please examine the exploded diagram carefully. The part I'm referring to is 0536. Inspect these coils thoroughly to ensure they reach the correct temperatures. This is usually where leaks occur on the machine. Thank you
