There are 3 versions of your model WAE24465GB/01, WAE24465GB/03 and WAE24465GB/05. When. ordering any parts make sure it fits your specific version.

If your machine works fine during spin and cold wash cycles, then you have an each fault with the heating element. In the picture of the element I've created a link to where you can order the part. This should be a fairly straightforward repair.
