Bosch WAE24063GB/27 Washing Machine Water Is Not Stopping At Fill Level
Is it possible to obtain a wiring diagram for Bosch WAE24063GB/27 washing machine model?I've replaced the pressure switch with a new one. The pressure switch operates at the working fill level (I can here a click and measure the change in continuity using a meter). It also activates the pump out when it hits max level.Pressure hose and chamber are all clear and ok.I've checked all connections to the main PCB and there is continuity on the wires between the contacts on the PCB and the pressure switch. It appears that the one leg of the heater is supplied via a the pressure switch but I would like to confirm this via diagrams.The fault was intermittent but now is constant. Suspect PCB?

Good morning Matthew. Bosch is a company that doesn't share manufacturing data with the public. I can't access it either. Only their engineers have this information because they want them to handle the work. I think it's a shame that a manufacturer does this, but I can't change it. Other companies like Beko, Electrolux and Hoover provide me with their data, but I can't get it for your washing machine.
You're right about the heating circuit running through the pressure switch. The switch must detect water before turning on the heater to avoid fires, as the outer drum is plastic. From what you've described, it's possible that the printed circuit board is faulty. However, I'd recommend checking each wire in the circuit for continuity to ensure there are no breakages due to metal fatigue, which could be causing the issue.
