Sorry to hear about the problem with your Bosch dishwasher. You mentioned you have model number SMS58E22GB. There are 10 variations of this machine, and your model number should have 2 additional numbers after the GB.

If your dishwasher is not emptying, it might be a problem with the pump system, often linked to error E25. However, this error might not show on your machine for some reason.

First, look at the exploded diagrams of your machine below. I've also attached a helpful video. You'll see a small plastic piece that fits into the sump, part number 0434 in the diagram. Slide this piece out to access the pump impeller.

Once you can see the pump impeller, dry all the water out of the sump so you can inspect it clearly. Sometimes, a small piece of broken glass or china might be stuck between the impeller and its casing, stopping it from turning. Alternatively, there may be an issue with the pump motor itself, which is part number 0455 in the diagram.

You will need to do an electrical test on the pump. Note that there are different variations of these pumps; it could be an AC or DC motor with specific voltage requirements. This information is usually stamped on the side of the pump.

If the machine still isn't emptying, check the flow matrix on the side of the machine (part 0401). Over time, this can fill up with debris since the water emptying system goes through it. Cleaning it is tricky because it can't be split open.

What I usually do is remove the whole matrix and take it into the shower. Tap the side of the plastic while pressurising each hole with the shower head to loosen debris. In severe cases, I've used cleaning agents and left them overnight to dissolve any buildup.

Also, check your waste fitting attached to the drain hose under the sink as this can sometimes block.
