It fills and empties correctly but it's not washing the plates as the water jets are not spinning or spraying.

the first thing you want to check is making sure that the spray arms have no blockages in them, but if there is no water coming through these arms at all then there was a good chance that you may have a problem with the motor as you can see in the diagram below it is possible to replace certain parts within the motor the impeller sometimes can get damaged but you will need to inspect the whole motor I have put links below to some useful videos, I have not got a Pacific video on replacing the motor sorry. but when you work out what is wrong let us know which parts you are after
