Bosch logXX8varia perfect WAS32460GB08. Machine functioning in every other way. Door micro switch clicking to open. Fault, door closed can`t open in, even the red emergency switch/pull down near pump, won`t open door, Handle/pull of door loose, eg moves back and forth more now, in door, feels like plastic hook catch broken inside. How can I get door open, other than a crow bar. Machine 3yrs old. Thank you Paul.

if you Bosch door is broken on the catch then you only have a couple of options try the videos below for help. also try taking the front panel of to give yourself some more space to work on the lock from behind
