Bosch HBN430550B oven not heating

I will try and help with this problem HBN430550B Oven not heating, although the element has been changed on the oven please check the timer is not set to automatic . The timer resets to automatic when disconnected from the power source, therefore the element will not heat. Please change the timer to manual to override this function. 

the element you should have fitted is 00443341
