If your washing machine motor isn't turning, it might not just be a motor issue; the circuit board that drives the motor could be the problem. You should test the motor, as it's an induction motor and three-phase. If all three fields have similar ohm readings, the motor is likely in good condition. This means the fault might be with the motor circuit board. To be able to test you will need a multimeter so if you don't have one, you can buy a new multimeter via our affiliate link.

I've included exploded diagrams and some extracts from the workshop manual to help you diagnose the problem. These motor circuit boards often become faulty. Check for any blown tracks or visible damage on the circuit board components. Pay close attention to the triax and link switch on the board.

Usually, these motors are reliable, and issues often lie with the circuit board. Check everything before proceeding further. I've also added diagrams of your machine with links to all components at the bottom of the page.

Unfortunately, I don't have a second-hand motor available right now; the last one sold about a month ago, and I haven't scrapped any more machines since then. Keep an eye on our website for second-hand motors. You can also find the genuine part number for the motor in the exploded diagram at the bottom of the page. Look for reference number 63 in one of the diagrams and match it to the genuine part number at the bottom.

You might also want to search on eBay for a second-hand motor using your model number and genuine part number. I hope this helps you!
