BEKO WMB81241LW stuck on a programme
My washing machine Beko WM8127W is stuck on a cycle with 19 minutes left on the cycle. I have tried to turn off, but when powered back on it just remembers the same cycle and does nothing. It is also full of water and doesn’t seem to be draining. Please help? All electronic lights seem to be okay. I have tried to reset by holding pause button for 3 seconds as per manual. Is there any way to reset?
I will try and help with this problem with your Beko WMB81241LW Washing Machine
The fact it's not draining could be why it's stuck on the cycle.
The most probable cause is most likely a blockage in the pump or drain hose.
First, check the drain hose where it connects to the house drain outlet pipes and this is not too far into the outlet, and check the hose and the connection for a blockage.
You'll need to manually remove the water from the drum. Yo can do this by placing a shallow dish in front of the filter/pump cover. (Bottom front of the machine.)
Slacken the cap a little to drain the water.
Once the machine is empty of water, take the cap off clean out any debris from the filter and rinse under the tap, also you need to check there is no blockage in the pump and housing, you should be able to see if there is anything blocking the impellor.
Once you have put everything back together, remove the laundry and try the machine on a spin cycle, this should now be free and work as normal
Or, if this doesn't work I suspect you may have a faulty or damaged drain pump motor
