The first thing I would check is that you do not have a small item jammed between the inner and outer drum this is a common problem with baby clothes or small socks.

 then I would check the Bearings on the washing machine and also the carbon brushes in the motor I have put an exploded diagram of the machine below, and also a full list of parts at the bottom of the page I have also sent you my telephone number over so you can contact me during the working week if you need further assistance
