Hi, sorry to hear about the issue with your Beko WM62125W. If the washing machine starts to fill, it usually means the door lock is working and the machine has entered the programme. But you mentioned it stops. You didn't specify when it stops during filling.

If it stops immediately after 5-10 seconds, there might be an electrical problem. However, if it fills a reasonable amount of water before stopping, there could be two possible issues. Either the heating system is faulty, causing an error that stops the programme, or there might be a fault with the motor. These issues typically arise midway through filling.
