BEKO WDIX8543100 Washing machine Not spinning

after doing diagnostic test it is showing error code E13. after switching on it takes water in and wait for few minutes then it starts draining out then switch off but does not spin at all. Please advise how can we fix it ?

You can inspect the circuit board for visual damage sometimes you will find a bad track on other occasions you may have to get the pcb tested to find out if it is faulty.
