Sorry to hear about the problem with your Beko heat pump tumble dryer, DPU8360. It's impressive it lasted nine years. I'm not a big fan of heat pump tumble dryers because they often lose gas or get blockages in the condensing system.

You need to check the temperature of the condenser, not the pipes coming out of the compressor, as that won't be accurate. Use a temperature probe on the condensing plate. If it's low on gas, it won't heat or condense correctly.

I've managed to get you the wiring diagrams, service handbook, technical manual, and diagnostic procedure for this machine. At the bottom of the page, you'll find steps to check for gas leaks. There are also exploded diagrams of the machine with every part listed. Use the reference numbers from the pictures to match up with the correct part for your dryer.

I'm sorry I can't give you firm advice on what the problem is without testing the machine myself. But all this information should help you repair your machine or at least diagnose the problem.
