Without seeing the fridge freezer it is very hard for me to say exactly what the problem is​, but what I will tell you is I have changed the circuit boards on many occasions and it is rectified the problem and as they're not expensive it is well worth the effort.
The only things that would cause this problem are the circuit board or the NTC sensors.
