Hi Lilybethll and sorry to hear about your problem with the Beko B5T692343WBPB dryer. So you have found the procedure for entering the test mode but is unable to access it. This could be because the procedure isn’t being followed 100% within the required time frame.
You have to remember that some test modes need to be completed within a set time, often around 5 to 10 seconds. Each model is different, and sometimes it seems like the machine decides on its own whether to allow you to proceed or not. It may take a few attempts, so be patient with the process.
If you can wait a few seconds before moving on to the next step, it might give the dryer more time to recognize what they are trying to do. Some machines can be more difficult to access than others, especially those with touch panels.
Also, the touch panel system always requires a good earth connection to function properly. I’ve often had trouble accessing test mode on early Bosch models, and that’s usually due to issues with the touch screen panels.
