HelloOur Baumatic BBTDH7A1TE_WH heat pump tumble dryer is driving us crazy! The screen doesn’t recognise when you are selecting a cycle or pressing start. We have to keep pressing and pressing until eventually it starts. Then it literally beeps throughout the whole cycle, probably every 2-3 seconds. We had it looked at but the guy said it had condensation in the circuit board and there’s nothing we can do about it. Just wondered if you had any ideas?!Thank you!

If there is condensation on the circuit board, you have an electrical problem. The board might need replacing, but I don't know why the condensation is happening. If the heat pump dryer isn't condensing water properly, the air will become very humid. This humid air can escape from the drum, get into the cabinet, and condense on cold surfaces like the circuit board.
I can't give a definite answer without seeing the machine and understanding the issue. I've included some videos below to show how to test heat pump tumble dryers, but they may not be very helpful. There's also a wiring diagram of the circuit board, exploded views of the machine, and any other literature I could find for you. I'm sorry that the information on this model isn't very comprehensive, but it's all I could get.
There's a link at the top of the page for any spare parts you might need. Until I fully understand why the machine isn't condensing vapour back into water, it's hard to diagnose through email. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.
