Hi Scott, sorry to hear about the problem with your Ariston dishwasher not filling with water. Ariston is now part of the Hotpoint Whirlpool group and was recently taken over by Beko. Unfortunately, I don't have schematics for these machines because the manufacturer doesn't provide them to the public, even though they should under the Right to Repair Act.

Based on my experience, here's what you can do. First, remove the left-hand side panel of the machine. This will allow you to perform an electrical test on the water valve using a multimeter. Check the solenoid to ensure it's working correctly. Make sure water is reaching the solenoid, and you can test it by hot wiring if needed.

If the water valve is functioning properly and water can enter the machine, there are two possible issues. If the impeller jug starts spinning and a little water enters but then stops, it could indicate a problem with the impeller jug circuit board located in the impeller jug water matrix on the left side of the machine. This is a common fault I've encountered.

If it's not this issue, you might have a problem with either a pressure switch or the circuit board itself. Without seeing the machine, it's hard to diagnose precisely.
