Aqurius Hotpoint WD440 not drying the cloths

Hi Paul, We have a Aqurius Hotpoint WD440 1400spin, the dryer only blows cold air should I replace the heater element, dryer thermistor or is it some think else. Thank for your help

This is normally a problem with the heater or the thermostats you need to check booth first
